Please read carefully – there are several important updates for this season:

1. Separate Registration Forms Required

Each athlete must have their own registration form completed.
If you are registering multiple athletes, you will need to complete a separate form for each child.

2. Sibling Discount – Paid in Person ONLY

The multiple athlete discount cannot be applied online.
Families wishing to use this discount will need to select “Pay at Fittings” during registration and complete payment in person at fittings.

Discount Pricing

• 1st Child: $150
• 2nd Child: $125
• 3rd Child & Each Additional Child: $100

REMINDER: The sibling discount only applies to siblings who are registered with the school system with the same address. Verification may be required.

3. Scholarships Available

Scholarships are available for families who need assistance.
To request a scholarship, please select the “Scholarship” payment option when completing the registration form.

4. Raffle Fundraiser

Families may choose to participate in our raffle fundraiser to cover registration fees by selecting “MCYA Raffle” as the payment method on your registration form.

Participants will receive 60 tickets to sell at $5 each. The prize is $1,000 cash.

To receive any credit toward registartion fees, all 60 tickets must be sold. If all tickets are not sold, the full registration fee will be the responsibility of the family.

All tickets and money must be turned in at fittings.
